About Me

I am a wife + mother, a seeker of depth and truth, and a finder of magic.

Magic to me, feels like the texture of grass, the colours of the trees, the shape of the clouds. It's between the lines on the page of a book, and within the rhythm and beat of a song. It's that first sip of coffee, and the first down dog of a yoga class. It's the way we love, the way we feel and experience life.

It is in this presence that truths can be found, and long held stories challenged, and rewritten.

When I'm not witnessing and supporting my clients through challenges and transformation, I'm co-creating magic with my kids. They will always be my greatest source of inspiration. Seeing the world through their eyes is how I access my own magic - and my truth.

We make the mundane magic. We find meaning in the mess.

They have taught me to stay curious, appreciate the little things, question everything forever, that the very best things happen slowly, and to find magic every day - because it is there if you choose to look for it.

It was my own experience through pregnancy and motherhood that brought me to where I am. I always thought I'd be supporting kids, but I didn't realise it would be indirectly, through supporting their Mothers.

My own experiences lead me further down the path of cyclic wisdom, astrology and tarot, although that journey did begin during my own childhood. When I stumbled across it as a new mum, desperate for support + guidance, it felt like a homecoming. Everything made sense again.

Some things you may not know about me -

  • I always wanted to be a writer. (So I started a Substack! Join our little coven here!)

  • I have always loved reading - it feels very special (dare I say, magical) to be reading [tarot] for people every day.

  • Discovering cyclic living has changed my whole life forever and been one of the biggest supports as a human but especially as a mum.

  • Art - both creating and consuming - is my therapy.

  • If I was a season, I'd be Autumn.

  • And just because it'd be rude not to share because I know you'll wanna know - Taurus sun, Cancer moon, Virgo rising.

Tarot

My approach with the tarot is not one of divination, but one of archetypal mapping and exploration. The cards allow us to identify what archetypes are present, or want to be, allowing us an opportunity to find an anchor to hold you in whatever experience space you are in, and offer inspiration in the way through. They are a beautiful tool to support reconnection to your intuition, and a visual opportunity to see how multiplicities can co-exist.

Counselling

A safe space for you to be held and witnessed through seasons of challenge and disconnect. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, misunderstood or simply benefit from verbal processing, this space offers connection, a place to face inner truths with honesty and self-compassion, and to shed what no longer serves or aligns.

Whether you are here for tarot or counselling, maybe both, you will be supported to explore your inner realms, learn about your unique nervous system & psyche, and tools to support yourself moving forward. It is my honour to guide you to your own homecoming, finding a sense of peace and safety within both your mind and body even amongst the chaos that can be life.
